Why we exist
Moving a piano is not like moving furniture
A piano weighs anywhere from 150 to over 600 kilograms. It has thousands of moving parts, a soundboard that cracks under sudden temperature changes, and legs that can shear off if a grand is tipped incorrectly. Getting it wrong doesn’t just scratch a floor — it can destroy an instrument worth tens of thousands of dollars, or injure the people carrying it.
And yet, most moving directories lump piano movers in with general household movers, or are run by lead-generation companies that have never touched a piano. We built this directory differently: every company listed has been manually checked to confirm they specifically mention piano moving on their own website. No directories, no middlemen, no general movers who happen to take a piano job occasionally.
The result is a straightforward resource — organized by province and city — so you can find the right specialist in your area without sifting through irrelevant results.

The directory currently covers 10 provinces and 74 cities, with more being added regularly. As new companies are verified they’ll be added to existing pages, and new cities will be created when there are enough qualified specialists to make a page worth visiting.
